For the Romanian team, youth work is about creating safe, open, and supportive spaces where young people can explore who they are and who they want to become.
It means learning by doing, asking questions, making mistakes, and growing without pressure. Youth work goes beyond activities — it’s about connection, encouragement, and using experiences from volunteering, Erasmus+, and community projects to create meaningful opportunities for others.
For this team, being a youth worker is a shared journey: growing alongside young people and contributing to a more confident, engaged, and active generation.
