During our Erasmus+ training, the Spanish team shared what drives them in youth work: growing through new experiences, building social skills, and standing beside young people as they discover who they are and who they want to become.
Youth work is about creating safe, inclusive spaces, building trust, and empowering young people to grow, express themselves, and take an active role in their communities.
