Asociatia Umanista Romana organized, within the Erasmus+ project Youth Work Competences, a local training dedicated to young people, focusing on the development of skills required for the next generation of youth workers

The training was built on the experience of the project’s transnational training and explored key concepts such as non-formal education 📚, interactive learning methods 🧩, and the importance of competences for both personal and professional life 🚀

The activities aimed to support participants in understanding what a youth worker is 🤝 and the essential role they play in the education and development of young people 🌱
